The CEO of Emaar Malls Group LLC, the shopping subsidiary of Emaar Properties, joined the company in 2006, after having spent over 12 years in retail, banking and insurance.
Doleh holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a double Masters in Finance and General Business Administration and is a member of the Middle East Council of Shopping Centers, as well as an organizational member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Financial Management Association National Honour Society, Golden Key National Honour Society, Economic Honour Society at the University of Denver and the International Wild Life Conservation Society.
He is currently overseeing the development of 150 malls that Emaar is planning to open across the Middle East, North Africa and the Indian Subcontinent, including, The Dubai Mall, the largest shopping mall in the world.
The Dubai Mall expands over an area of 3.7 million square feet and will be home to 165 retail brands from around the globe, including the first Galeries Lafayette and Bloomingdale department stores in the Middle East as well as leading names in the fashion industry such as…
