There is a consensus among OPEC oil ministers to leave the group’s output unchanged when they meet on Thursday, OPEC President Wilson Pastor said on Wednesday.
“Yes, there is a consensus,” he told Reuters.
Pastor, also Ecuador’s oil minister then added: “We are going to propose an extraordinary OPEC meeting in Quito on December 14th.”
He said he expected oil prices to remain around $70-$80 next year. “This is our forecast,” Pastor said.
