Google unveils a year of search
Are you dying to know how the world searched in 2010? Help is on hand, thanks to Google’s annual Zeitgeist report.

It’s that time of year once again for the most popular search engine, Google, to kick off its year-end review by showing us what millions – probably billions – are searching for online.
Google has just revealed “Zeitgeist 2010: How the world searched”, which is an aggregation of billions of search queries typed into Google by people across the world. The web giant says that the results “capture the spirit of 2010.”
The World Cup, Olympics, Haiti earthquake, BP oil spill, and Lady Gaga are all among the terms topping the list for 2010.
