Though they may use unconventional methods, Indonesia is becoming increasingly attractive to foreign investors. Several international companies are moving their factories from Taiwan and South Korea to Indonesia. In fact, this year, Nestle announced $100 million expansion project in the country.

Red tape, bureaucracy, and poor infrastructure are still some of the many hurdles crippling the Indonesia industry, but the government is promising that reforms will be soon implemented.
