At Monday’s unveiling of the new iPhone 4, Apple’s iconic CEO Steve Jobs called it “the most precise, beautiful thing we’ve ever designed.” The comment seemed a bit like famous last words after a prolonged and embarrassing series of technical difficulties rendered the highly-touted iphone 4 reveal a relative disaster.
