Dubai housing fee to be paid monthly
Municipality’s plan to make system uniform means changes for tenants.

Dubai Municipality is executing plans to make housing fees payable monthly, reports Khaleej Times.
The paper says tenants of some 17,000 residential units will have to adapt to the new monthly system as the Municipality attempts to make its collection system uniform across the emirate.
The plan would make collection of the fee a collaboration with the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority.
