Dubai’s Emaar Properties hospitality unit CEO leaves

Patrick Heuze, who has been serving as chief operating officer of Emaar Hospitality Group will take over as the CEO, the developer said in an emailed statement to Reuters.

Dubai’s Emaar Properties , builder of the world’s tallest tower, said on Tuesday that the chief executive of its hospitality unit, Marc Dardenne is leaving the company.
Patrick Heuze, who has been serving as chief operating officer of Emaar Hospitality Group will take over as the CEO, the developer said in an emailed statement to Reuters.
Emaar did not give a reason for Dardenne’s departure.
Emaar, United Arab Emirates’ largest developer by market value created a core management team in May to develop a new growth strategy following the social and political upheaval in the region.
