Final bids submitted in Abu Dhabi Presidential Palace project
The project’s main contract, valued at an estimated AED 2 billion, has now closed according to sources.

Final bids for the main contract on the Abu Dhabi Presidential Palace have been submitted, according to anonymous sources quoted in Emirates Business.
The main contract in the project is worth an estimated AED 2 billion, with a reported six companies vying for the deal. The total project consists of four packages with a combined estimated value of AED 6 billion.
The marine package portion of the project, worth an estimated AED 200 million, is reportedly closed, and the main contract closed on May 2, the sources claim.
The list of contractors bidding for the tenders includes Saudi Oger, Six Construct with Arabtec, Al Habtoor with Murray & Roberts and Fibrex, Saudi Bin Laden and Alec with ACC.
