Qatar’s Barwa Bank names Steve Troop as CEO
Troop was previously chief operating officer of Saudi Hollandi Bank since 2007.

Barwa Bank, a unit of Qatar’s Barwa Real Estate , on Wednesday said it named Steve Troop as its new chief executive officer, in a series of hires to boost its senior management team.
Troop was previously chief operating officer of Saudi Hollandi Bank since 2007 and also worked for HSBC in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, South America and Europe.
Barwa Bank also appointed Keith Bradley as the head of its banking group and Amgad Younes as its chief operating officer, it said in a statement.
Bradley was previously the head of corporate banking for HSBC in the Middle East before joining Barwa, while Younes was executive GM, head of finance and strategic planning group at Banque Du Caire, an Egyptian government bank, the statement said.
