CNN reports at least nine were killed on board the ship that attempted to bypass an Israeli blockade to deliver aid to Gaza.

Protestors took to the streets in demonstrations staged around the world, following a deadly Israeli raid yesterday on an aid flotilla headed for Gaza, CNN reported Tuesday. Media reports are conflicting regarding the number of killed and wounded. CNN said, at least nine activists were killed.
In New York, more than 500 gathered in Times Square, and marched to the Israeli consulate. Hundreds of pro-Palestinian demonstrators marched in Paris Monday evening, reportedly fighting police in their attempts to reach the Israeli Embassy in Paris. CNN reports that Paris police confronted nearly 1,000 protestors, and the Champs Elysees was closed to traffic amid the protests.
