IT megastore, CompuMe, has launched LetsTango.com, an e-commerce portal where customers can buy items online or visit dedicated service centers across the emirate and pick up their purchase.

LetsTango.com includes live, instantaneous shopping assistance and several payment methods, including cash on delivery and credit card swipe on delivery. Customers have a 30-day return policy, but they can also apply for returns completely online through e-returns.

The site features a ‘gamified’ interface that rewards visitors for activities and allows them to share and review purchases with friends, collect badges, and win awards. Digital shopping assistants are also present to help shoppers find accessories for their gadgets.

Founder and CEO, Dikran Tchablakian, says the online shopping destination is expected to generate AED55 million in the first three years. “Digital buyers in the MEA region are growing at a CAGR of 49 per cent. There are approximately 50 million digital buyers in the region which will grow to 73 million by 2016,” he says.
