Emaar has announced that the public observation deck at Burj Dubai, called At The Top and located on the 124th floor, will be opened this year. The company said that At The Top, which will include interactive features and souvenir shops, can be reached in 60 seconds by the elevator.
Emaar is also planning to offer a ten-part journey from the Dubai Mall to the observation deck, which will include the history of Dubai and Burj Dubai.

Marketing is an easy concept esp. in Gulf…. Just dont go there sleepless…
