Abu Dhabi is the second most expensive city in the world for business travelers and may soon become the costliest, according to a survey by Hogg Robinson Group, an international business travel company. Hotel room rates in the city witnessed a growth of 5 percent in the last six months. Average room rates increased from AED1,330 in 2008 to AED1,390 in 2009.
Moscow tops the list despite hotel room rates falling by 14 percent.

I really dont understand how performance criteria is deteremined in countries where censorship is of the highest order.You can always manipulate figures and create an impression that everything is rosy. Today most of the countries in Middle east are undergoing such a great economic recession mainily beacause of the censorship existing in these countries. True facts are not allowed to be printed nor there is any proper auditing principals which can vouch for geniuneness of the facts and figures that are being touted by the officials of the Goverenment
