ADNOC to cut oil production

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has announced that it will reduce oil production from February 2010 in line with Opec’s decision to cut production, reports official news agency WAM.

According to ADNOC, the rate of production cut from its sources will vary; Murban will see a 13 percent cut, Lower Zakum and Umm Shaif will see a 15 percent cut each, and Upper Zakum will have a 10 percent cut.
