Sharjah-based low cost carrier Air Arabia has announced that it will launch a new route to the city of Medina, in Saudi Arabia, from September 1. The airline will fly to the city twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
“There is an extremely high level of demand among Muslim pilgrims for value-for-money service to Medina, especially during Hajj,” AK Nizar, head of Commercial Department, Air Arabia said in the release.
Medina will be the airline’s 58th destination worldwide and the fourth in Saudi.
