Arabtec wins AED710 million contract in Dubai
The 80-storey tower includes a five star hotel, furnished apartments and offices, the company said.

Dubai-based construction firm Arabtec Holding announced on Sunday that it had received an AED710 million contract from Abu Dhabi’s Tasameem Real Estate Co, to build the first phase of a tower in Dubai. The 80-storey P 17 Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai has been designed by Atkins and includes a five star hotel, furnished apartments and offices, Arabtec said on the Dubai Financial Market website.
“The project duration is 38 months from the date of completion of the foundation works,” the company said. The project also includes a service building which will connected to the main tower at the ninth level by a bridge.
