Burj Dubai to see first residents from February 2010

The world’s tallest building, Burj Dubai, will receive its first residents from February 2010, according to Emaar Properties, its developer. The building is set to be inaugurated on January 4 by Dubai’s ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid al-Maktoum, and its observation deck on level 124, called At The Top, will be open to public from January 5.
The Armani Residences on levels 9 to 16 will be the first to open in February, and the Armani Hotel Dubai is set to open in March. More than 12,000 people are expected to occupy Burj Dubai, according to Emaar.
