Bahrain’s Prime Minister Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has called for tougher licensing of expatriate bachelor camps in residential areas in the country, reports Trade Arabia. “The new procedures aim to preserve the privacy of residential areas,” he said during the weekly cabinet meeting. The move would also ensure that expatriate bachelors have their own areas.
A ministerial committee has been asked to draft the necessary legislative and organizational procedures to incorporate the new measures, says the report.
