The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) General Index closed 1.44 percent higher at 1,810.15 on Wednesday. Aramex rose by a whopping 14.88 percent, closing at AED1.89, while market indicator Emaar Properties fell 0.72 percent, closing at AED2.76.
