The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed 1.12 percent higher at 1,996.01 points on Tuesday. Emaar Properties remained stable at AED3.80, while Deyaar Development rose 8.22 percent to AED0.79.
Meanwhile, Shuaa Capital fell 1.97 percent to AED1.01, in spite of gaining 33 percent last week.
On the whole, 16 shares gained, two lost and eight remained stable.
