Dubai Investments Co posted a 56 percent decline in third quarter net profit on Sunday due to the effects of the financial crisis on its property arm.
The firm said it made a net profit of AED280.7 million in the third quarter, down from AED634.9 million in the same period last year.
It also posted an 81.5 percent drop in property sales to AED77.7 million.
