Dubai was ranked the fourth best city in the world “to party the night away” in a new guide entitled “1000 Ultimate Experiences” by travel book publisher Lonely Planet. The number one destination is Belgrade, Serbia, followed by Montreal, Canada; and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Dubai, however, is not the only Middle Eastern city on the list; Tel Aviv in Israel was ranked number 10.
