The CEO of Noor Islamic Bank in the UAE, Kulaib was appointed to the post in the beginning of 2009, and serves directly under al-Qemzi. Earlier the CEO of NIB in Abu Dhabi, Kulaib worked with Aseel Finance, a financial services company started in Abu Dhabi in 2007.
Prior to Aseel Finance, Kulaib served as the vice president and chief representative of Gulf International Bank in the UAE, and has also worked for seven years with Citibank in the UK and the UAE.
