Around 70 percent of the respondents to a survey conducted by Bayt.com and YouGov in the Middle East have said that they are either in the process of trying to leave their current job, actively looking for a new job, or willing to leave their present job. However, this seems to contradict another result of the survey, which claims that 63 percent of the employees in the region are motivated in their work.
According to the Employee Motivation study, the main factors of motivation include work-life balance, opportunities for long term career growth, the company’s reputation and pay. The study was conducted between August 3 and August 17 with 13,376 respondents.
