Couples who can prove their infants were born on 09/09/09 will receive a free annual pass to ride the Dubai Metro, reported Gulf News on Sunday.
The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has already received over 200 applications for the free Nol Silver Cards.
The RTA spokesperson, Peyman Parham, said there is a possibility that either the children or their parents may get lifetime free access to the metro.
