An Indian passenger plane was grounded after a “tire glitch” forced the pilot to stop the plane on the runway, according to a report in WAM.
The Air India Express flight bound for Indian city of Thiruvananthapuram had 172 passengers on board, including five infants. No injuries were reported.
The runway was closed for an undisclosed period of time, and numerous flights were diverted to neighboring airports.
