Dubai’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority (rera) may cancel 27 projects in the emirate. “Our committee is looking for that and all third party developers as per law number 9,” Marwan bin Ghalita, chief executive of Rera told Zawya Dow Jones by telephone.<p>

<p>”A committee has been set up in RERA to look into all those cases,” he said. <p>

<p>Previously, bin Ghalita announced he expects 25 percent of Dubai’s projects to be cancelled due to the global economic slowdown. <p>
