Rotana, a hotel management company in the MENA region, will open the world’s tallest hotel in Dubai in mid-December, it announced on Sunday.
The 72-floor, 333 meter-high Rose Rayhaan by Rotana will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road, and will boast 481 rooms.
Daniel Mathew, general manager of Rose Rayhaan by Rotana: “Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is the second property to open under Rotana’s brand “Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts by Rotana,” which is uniquely designed to cater to the diverse needs of our guests. This alcohol-free option reflects our respect for the culture and beliefs of our guests and our dedication to fostering a new Arabia in today’s world.”

This tower was completed no less than 2 years ago. It has been sitting empty all this time. I wonder if that has any impact on the structure’s
Mike – The engineering design of a structure(assuming its done in proper way…) takes into account Dead and Live loads. Till its “occupied” the Live load is not there, so the design parameters are even more within safe limits…..so no need to worry, Book a Suite, enjoy your stay and Keep Smiling !!!
