The company, which is formed of the Saudi Secure Services Systems and the founder of the Jordanian Le Process, aims at providing Arab governments with e-solutions and to train their staff on these vital services.
In his comment, Khalid al-Taweel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Company, after the signing of the partnership agreement, expressed his happiness for the creation of the new company. He expected it to achieve huge successes based on the results of studies which revealed the need of the Arab market in general, and the Jordanian market in particular, for such services. Al-Taweel stressed the important role played by the highly specialized companies in the field of e-government technology.
He added that the creation of SSS Process responds to the new trend adopted by most of the Arab countries to benefit from modern technologies in finding electronic solutions to procedures and services in order to help citizens and to keep pace with the information revolution witnessed all over the world.
For his part, Chief Executive Officer of the company, Alaa Ensheiwat, noted that the new company is a model of Arab integration in the field of technology. He expressed hope that this model covers all areas. “Integrating Jordanian and Saudi expertise in one new entity, expected to achieve local and regional success, is an indicator on the importance of cooperation between Arab companies to accomplish bigger responsibilities,” he added.
Ensheiwat said that: “E-Government projects in the Arab countries have always lacked integrated e-solutions that respond to the expectations and particularities of the region. It is for this reason that these projects have been tumbling and were sometimes delayed, obliging implementers to change the course every now and then.”
“As an Arab specialized company which has closely witnessed obstacles obstructing e-governments’ processes in the region, we decided to join our efforts to fill this vacuum,” said Ensheiwat who pointed out the benefits of the e-government program and its role in improving the performance of governments and their human resources.
“The quick pace of life obliges government institutions, to prepare their electronic portals, enrich them and provide them with the maximum possible level of services. This will make governments achieve the highest standards of efficiency and transparency and guarantee them a better performance,” noted Ensheiwat.
