As the world looks to communicate more efficiently Esat Sezer sits down with Meettheboss.tv to discuss integrating Software as a Service (SaaS) for over 70k mobile employees.  Esat Sezer is the current SVP and CIO with Coca Cola Enterprises and has been working with them since 2006.

When Esat explained this difficult task that he accomplished in under nine months to Adam Burns of meettheboss.tv, Esat explained there were a number of key factors that needed to come together to create the perfect WOW factor.  For Esat it was stepping away from the traditional methods and in the Software as a Service method “it was the ease of use standpoint that exceeded my expectations. The speed of development and deployment standpoint also had the wow fact.” Lastly the speed of adoption by the user community, the wow factor was there.

These concepts had not been there in Esats pas experiences whether it be from the business to employee model or business to consumer model.  What allowed for all this to come together so well, as in all great success, was great partnerships.  “In this communication collaboration space with SaaS, the underlying partnership with Microsoft, the whole infrastructure partnership with AT&T, and Cisco as the communication collaboration partner worked well.”

How than can all corporations have such successes?  >From Esat, the answer seems to be that corporations need to be able to go through cycles of transformation to develop new initiatives.  This rests with the executive leadership team putting together transformation agendas.  Once this was in place Esat was able to reach out to his mobile work force with whom there was limited connectivity. “We had very limited connectivity collaborative way with our white collar workforce.  So as part of our executive communications strategy we defined that our communication strategy should enable our business transformation agenda.”
