AGA ADK Young Lions roar again and again and again

The very first time AGA ADK entered the UAE Young Creatives competition way back in 2004, the team comprising Nisreen Achkar and Natasha Roberts won silver. Three years later, Bilal Kebraj and Sheetal Rajan won 2 gold and represented UAE at Cannes.

This year again, Carlos Khoury and Toby Charles bagged a bronze. And interestingly enough, the gold winner at this year’s competition was none other than Bilal Kebraj, ex-AGA ADK.

Apparently, winning at Young Lions has become a habit for this international ad agency network. According to Roger Sahyoun, President & CEO of AGA ADK network, “What we look for in our new family members, especially creative, is that hunger or that passion, when we find it, we’d go to great lengths to fuel that desire to do great work!”

“And this includes sending them to training workshops and seminars around the world, most recently our teams attended a worldwide ADK seminar in Singapore…” chipped in Edan Aggarao, Regional Creative Director of AGA ADK.

“Not just around the world, AGA ADK also conducts creative communication workshops in Dubai and we fly in our entire staff, from across our MENA network, to be part of the learning experience, because I believe that not matter how long you’ve been in the business, you never stop learning…” added Mr Sahyoun.

Great emphasis is laid on building a strong foundation and instilling a sense of responsibility in each one. This is probably a good time to talk about the “Management by All” philosophy.
