 Casamia Star Gesamtplanung Real Estate L.L.C, the leading German company in the real estate sector, today announced that the company aims to focus on its real estate business as part of its efforts to further boost its presence in the region and building on its client base.

 

The company, which announced a new management team last month, also announced that it is shifting its focus from Off-Plan properties to Ready-to-Move-In properties to compete the changed regional real estate environment.

 

Under the new management, Casamia Star L.L.C will use its expertise in real estate brokerage to add value to regional clients and customers. The company will manage every stage of the real estate portfolio life cycle, including property acquisition and disposal, portfolio management for its clients. The decision is part of Casamia Star’s strategic growth plans in the Middle East.
