April 10, 2011 – Amman – SSS Process, the Arab company specialized in providing e-government services and software solutions, concluded the integration of the ‘C4 Sadad’ within the Saudi Deputy Ministry for Mineral Resources.
The company said that the system will enable citizens and clients the Deputy Ministry to follow up on their financial transactions electronically without having to deal banks or any other financial institution.
Having integrated several Saudi governmental and private sector institutions with the e-payment system during the past few years, SSS Process pointed out that the system holds a strong financial advantage, since it accelerates and facilitates the process of payment, reducing collection offices’ operational costs.
“Most institutions integrated with the ‘C4 Sadad’ solution were able to measure their return on investment (ROI) in a record period of less than a year. Given the impressive financial results and companies’ need to develop their services and boost competitiveness, organizations, especially those of service sector, are giving priority to the integration process,” SSS Process CEO Alaa Ensheiwat said.
He added: “The system has a simple and an easy-to-use user interface that make the process easier for the user and the department’s employees. The system allows users to track their payment status updates, stay informed on their accounts and bills, being able to pay them off anywhere anytime. Users can also print and save their own financial reports.”
Ensheiwat noted that Saudi Arabia tops the list of GCC countries in deploying the ‘C4 Sadad’ solution, which can be described as being highly efficient in managing the payment process in a safe and secure e-environment.
It is worth mentioning that ‘C4 Sadad’ e-payment system was developed to serve the needs of the linking process with SADAD organization, a subordinate of the SAMA – Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, to benefit from the payment and communication channels with the general banks in the Saudi Kingdom.
