Eros Group Gives Dubai Customs Five Stars

Dubai, 19 August 2010 – Eros Group, the sole distributor of world-renowned brands – Samsung, Hitachi, Candy, BenQ, Linksys by Cisco, TCL & Taurus – and one of the leading players in consumer electronics, telecom and allied multi-products in the Middle East, has acknowledged the efforts and quality of services offered by Dubai Customs’ Client Management Department by awarding them a Recognition Plaque.
The Plaque was presented by Eros CEO Deepak Babani to Mr. Edris Behzad, Senior Client Services Development Manager at Dubai Customs, and in the presence of Mr. Niranjan Gidwani, Deputy CEO and Mr. A Manavalan, Senior Shipping Executive from Eros Group and Mr. Saeed Ali Al Emad, Senior Manager of Passengers Relations Services from Dubai Customs.
The Eros CEO praised the high level of service provided by the Client Management Department, its rating system, and how it kept its clients updated on the latest services it is providing.
“We see many parallels in the way Dubai Customs treats it clients and the way we at Eros focus on our customer. I want to thank the Client Management Department in particular for the outstanding services they offer and I thank them for contributing to the success of Eros Group,” said Mr. Babani.
Eros Group is continuing on its path of record growth, which is expected to grow 25% from last year’s sales. The Group is now operating 28 retail outlets in the UAE following the launch of its latest showroom in Mirdiff City Centre.
