Feesheh.com Launches UAE Online Store

Dubai, May 26, 2014 – After two years of serving the Jordanian market, Feesheh.com, the first online store for musical instruments, is now going regional.
Feesheh was launched in February 2012 by the two Jordanian co-founders, Nur Alfayez and Fahed Farraj who as musicians themselves, saw a gap in the MENA market and decided to come up with the solution to fulfill that gap.
The startup just closed an investment round from angel investors along with their first seed investor Oasis500, and the UAE based incubator The Silicon Oasis Founders which is wholly owned by Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, who is incubating the team in Dubai and serving as a strategic partner in their expansion to the UAE.
“The market does not serve the booming music culture amongst the youth in the Middle East and the first barrier is obtaining the musical instrument.” said Nur Alfayez, CEO of Feesheh.com.
Fahed Farraj, COO of Feesheh.com, said: “We tested our pilot model in Jordan in the past two years and now we are ready to target a bigger market. We have great expectations for the UAE market and we aim for Dubai to eventually become the hub for our expansion to the whole region”.
Alfayez pointed out that Feesheh provides cash-on-delivery payment option and is now offering installments to its customers through a partner payment startup “Liwwa” in Jordan.
“The brand’s vision goes beyond solely selling instruments that are not easily obtained offline, Feesheh aims to become the ultimate platform to empower the youth and encourage music as a constructive form of self-expression,” She added.
It is worth mentioning that the company is also working on integrating new platform features in the near future which they believe will serve other layers of their customers’ needs.
