Interactive Intelligence to Host Mobile Customer Service Industry Web Event

This 75-minute educational webcast, to be held July 31, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. Gulf Standard Time (GST), is ideal for contact center directors, IT directors, and CIOs wanting to more effectively service their customers who increasingly use smart phones and other mobile devices to interact with their businesses.
