Landmark Public Relations and Events has held its annual management meeting to discuss and evaluate its 2008 performance and business progress, and announced its core 2009 objectives – to proceed with its plans to expand its presence in the MENA region. The company also announced the new management structure headed by Nasry Abou Zaki the General Manager, Middle East. Rise in earnings and leadership at the top means high growth potential for Landmark in the years to follow.
“We have broadened the area of responsibility to be Middle East, as we have plans to start an operation in Beirut covering the Levant, as well as covering Egypt and North Africa through our partners and affiliates there. In the Gulf we will enhance our operation in Kuwait. The new offices will be well positioned to serve the needs of the Middle East’s flourishing economy despite current slowdown where public relations proved to be a versatile tool in delivering better business results in such times”, says Talal Dhulaymi, Chairman and CEO of Landmark Public Relations & Events.
“The promotion of Nasry with his deep experience and knowledge of our industry reassures Landmark PR will continue to benefit from a diversity of understanding and views. His expertise will be an important asset to us as we continue to grow; we are delighted to have him as our General Manager for the Middle East. With over 15 years of professional experience he is expected to continue to bring a new perspective to the company”, commented Dhulaymi regarding the new appointment.
Regarding his new role, Nasry says”: I am glad to be leading our extremely talented team in Jeddah and Riyadh along with Dubai and Kuwait teams, and pursuing Landmark’s ongoing expansion plans in the MENA region. 2008 was the productive year for Landmark PR, we spread our reach far and wide, and we will strengthen this positive growth curve by expanding our network across the Middle East.”
