NYIT said that their participation in this exhibition match hosted by “Princess Sumaya” fall within HRH Prince El-Hassan 63rd Birthday Celebration. It is a humble attempt to credit HRH constant endeavors in humanitarian and interfaith work, protecting the righteous causes regionally and internationally, and his support for youth in both fields; academia and sports.
In 2007, His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein launched El Hassan Science City in Judaiha, which hosts the Higher Council For Science and Technology HCST, the Royal Scientific Society RSS, and Princess Sumaya University for Technology PSUT, during the celebration of this organization’s supervisor HRH Prince El-Hassan 60th birthday, in addition to the RSS 37th anniversary.
The city’s objective is to maintain being a one state of the art science city that will build on the best of these organizations’ it’s hosting. It aims to create a supportive environment that governs the young minds and attract immigrant minds to help build the Jordanian economy on knowledge bases that distinguish itself with creativity and entrepreneurship. It endeavors to become a privileged scientific research and development center in Jordan and the region while upholding and implementing a culture of team in scientific research as opposed to the current discursive singular efforts.
