Optimiza Academy Celebrates the Graduation of the Participants of the “Organizational Excellence” Program
Optimiza Academy, one of Al-Fares National Investment (ASE: CEBC) companies, announced the graduation of the first batch of participants who joined "Organizational Excellence" program titled "Principles of Excellence Model and Self Assessment Using RADAR Methodology". The workshop was held by the Organizational Excellence Unit in the company under the leadership of its Director Dr. Bashar Sarayreh and the organizational excellence consultant Dr. Tareq Khayyat.

Optimiza Academy, one of Al-Fares National Investment (ASE: CEBC) companies, announced the graduation of the first batch of participants who joined “Organizational Excellence” program titled “Principles of Excellence Model and Self Assessment Using RADAR Methodology”. The workshop was held by the Organizational Excellence Unit in the company under the leadership of its Director Dr. Bashar Sarayreh and the organizational excellence consultant Dr. Tareq Khayyat.
A large group of managers, departments’ heads, and employees who are engaged in the field of organizational excellence from various ministries, governmental departments, banks, and other private sector organizations participated in the workshop.
The workshop included lectures, exercises, real case studies and discussions, as well as small groups activities which all focused on the concept of excellence and its main elements, and the structure of the administrative excellence model and its dynamics, in addition to the RADAR Methodology and how it is used in the assessment process based on the criteria of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) including the criteria of “King Abdullah II Award for Excellence” for both public and private sectors.
At the end of the workshop Dr. Sarayreh stressed that the Organizational Excellence Unit in Optimiza Academy pledge to provide the best solutions, training and consulting services which support institutions seeking to achieve organizational excellence, and struggle to win excellence awards not only in Jordan but in MENA region as well. Certificates were also granted to participants who expressed their eagerness and intentions to implement what they learned from this practical workshop once they are back to their offices one next day.
