Plug-Ins wins HP Middle East Retailer of the Year

Award-winning multi brand retailer Plug-Ins earned more accolades when it was named ‘HP Retailer of the Year 2010′ for the entire Middle East at the HP Channel Awards 2010 in Dubai.
Key retailers and distributors from UAE and GCC markets were part of the glittering ceremony which saw the Al-Futtaim group company walking away with the most coveted award in the retail segment.
Gaurav Malaviya, Business Head UAE and Mohd Faisal, Senior Category Buyer was presented the award by Salim Ziade, General Manager – PSG Dept HP ME and Amin Mortazavi, General Manager- IPG Dept HP ME.
Plug-Ins was cited for being a consistent performer in the personal systems group (PSG) and imaging and printing group (IPG) segments, with the best product range display and the most preferred customer buying experience when compared to all other retailers in the region.
Gaurav Malaviya said: “We are extremely proud to receive this prestigious award from HP. The selection criteria also included vendor relationships, ease of transaction, and compliance with HP suggested recommended retail prices (RRPs).
