  Samsonite Group, the worldwide leader in travel solutions, has announced the launch of new business collection for discerning professionals across the region. The unveiling of the new business luggage solutions further reinforces the group’s commitment to market leadership across every consumer segment in the Middle East.

 

The launch of the premium business collection perfectly fits the business functionality, technology and unique styles of the professionals on the move.

 

In his comments on the new collection, Mr Prashant Vatkar, Vice President-ME Operations at Samsonite, said: “As the leaders in cutting-edge travel solutions, our primary concern is to satisfy the needs of our discerning travellers. Our latest range of innovative, high-quality business collection integrates style, functionality and design technology to meet the changing lifestyle needs of the professionals.”

The all-new Cesano - a 100% premium leather line - comes in briefcases and portfolios of three sizes and two colours, perfectly complimenting business professionals’ needs. Samsonite is also re-introducing its highly successful line called Leather Collection II shortly, made of premium leather in black colour and equipped with laptop cases & mobile office in different formats.

 

Among the new introductions is Sarasota - a line made of premium polyester with the unique shock absorber system for laptops. Sarasota is a Business Tech Formal line which represents Samsonite’s strength in quality and practicability. The USP of Sarasota is unbeatable durability and practicability. It also scores high on Laptop protection, efficiency and functionality. The Sarasota range comes in different bag formats to carry laptops i.e. briefcases, back pack, rolling totes etc.

 

The company has also launched new lines in the luxury end. Samsonite Black Label has launched Bayamo – a new top-of-line business bag made from most premium Italian full grained leather, inspired by the beauty of dunes, waves and winds. Another unique luggage line introduced is Sevruga, inspired by Aqua Dynamics - a strong muscular hi-tech aerodynamic designed line.

 

The new luggage collection reinforces some of the popular and well established Samsonite business lines like the ProDlx Collection with its soft Nappa leather finishing and handles. The collection, endorsed by Sir Richard Branson, is an innovative range of casual style business products for today’s professionals. Pro DLX has Laptop compartment which comes with shock absorbers and moulded, impact cushioning back panels.It is made up of high denier nylon, eye catching ergo zipper puller and gun metal finished hardware which makes it an attractive package.

 

Samsonite’s Proteo, with its unique laptop shock absorbers features, and Focus Ultra - the classic business briefcase - provide the complete solution for the business travellers as far as their luggage needs are concerned. The USP for Proteo is the ultimate laptop protection system, which is inspired from the car’s suspension system.
