SCOPI Celebrates the Graduates of “Principles of Excellence and Self Assessment” Program
The Strategic Center for Organizational Performance Improvement SCOPI announced the graduation of the first batch of participants who joined "Organizational Excellence" program titled "Principles of Excellence Model and Self Assessment Using RADAR Methodology 2010".

The workshop which is based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and “King Abdullah II Award for Excellence” criteria, aims to develop companies and organizations, both in public and private sectors, seeking to achieve organizational excellence, and levitate them to win local and regional excellence awards.
A large group of managers, departments’ heads, and employees who are engaged in the field of organizational excellence from various ministries, governmental departments, and other private sector organizations participated in the 2-day event which was held by SCOPI under the leadership of its Chief Consulting Officer, Dr. Bashar Sarayreh.
Consultant Dr. Tareq Khayyat lectured at the workshop that covered various aspects of organizational excellence such as the concept of excellence and its main elements, in addition to the RADAR Methodology.
The workshop included lectures, exercises, real case studies and discussions, as well as small group activities which all focused on the concept of excellence and its main elements, and the structure of the administrative excellence model and its dynamics based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM2010) and the criteria of “King Abdullah II Award for Excellence.”
At the end of the specialized workshop, SCOPI CEO Nidal Bitar granted certificates to graduates, pointing out their effective input for the workshop. He also expressed his gratitude for the trust organizations are placing in SCOPI.
From his side, Dr. Sarayreh stressed that the Organizational Excellence Unit in SCOPI pledge to provide the best solutions, training, consulting services and implementations of performance management tools and systems for organizations that wish to upgrade from manually maintained performance reporting solutions towards supporting them in achieving organizational excellence, and winning excellence awards not only in Jordan but in MENA region as well.
