According to SSS Company, the “C4-Sadad” will help the Commission to automate the process of billing while enabling the users of its services to enquire about their financial liabilities and directly settle down their due monthly bills via the highly confidential and secure e-system.
In his comment, the CEO of SSS, Dr. Alaa Ensheiwat, said: “We understand the Commission’s keenness to incorporate the latest technologies into its workplace. We also appreciate the trust it has put in our technical capabilities and innovative solutions which are specialized in automating business operations to leverage the standard of services provided to customers.”
Dr. Ensheiwat added: “Based on Microsoft.Net technology, the new system will assist the RCJY to electronically manage the expenses it usually incurs to collect money owed from the beneficiaries of its services, such as quittances, property licensing and trading fees, among other liabilities.”
Dr. Ensheiwat noted that the “C4-Sadad” system will enable the RCJY to better cater for its clients’ needs, especially after it has upgraded many of the facilities and services provided to the public in the residential and industrial areas, including the seawater cooling system, drinking water supply, drainage, and industrial wastewater networks, wired and wireless telecommunications and road networks, as well as the plants for generating and distributing electricity to consumers in Yanbu city, among others.
It is worth mentioning that “C4 Sadad” e-payment system was developed to satisfy the needs of the linking process with SADAD organization, a subordinate of the SAMA – Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, to benefit from the payment and communications channels with the general banks in the Saudi Kingdom.
