Seminar / Workshop on latest Fire Protection & Gas Detection standards & design practices
Electroman LLC & TYCO Fire & Integrated solutions organized a best practice seminar on Fire Protection & Gas Detection which took place at the Hotel Muscat Holiday on 7th July 2008

The seminar focused on the latest Fire & Gas Detection standards and DIGITAL addressable Fire Detection Systems.
More than 250 delegates from different authorities like PDO, Ministries, Oman Refinery, Sohar & Salalah Ports, Royal Court, CIVIL DEFENCE, DGPM, Oman Aviation, Sheraton Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels etc along with all the major Consultants and Contractors attended the seminar.
The latest Systems & Technologies during the interactive seminars were introduced by the Business Develop Manager TYCO UK, General Manager TYCO Middle East, Asia & Africa, Business Development Manager SCOTT UK and Regional Manager for VESDA.
Electroman LLC has recently been awarded the contracts for Design Supply and Installation of the largest Fire Detection System in the Middle East and second largest in the whole world with 82 networked nodes and 2 graphic command centers in Salalah, Sultanate of Oman and the Contract for Design Supply and Installation of the largest IT Data Centre Protection in Oman at Knowledge Oasis Muscat.
Electroman LLC also has the largest Fire Alarm maintenance contracts in Oman with the leading Telecom service provider for their sites all over Oman, another large maintenance contract with PDO for the complete MAF Fire Alarm infrastructure; Electroman LLC has also recently signed the Fire Protection maintenance contract with SHELL Oman.
Leading International Solution Providers in Fire Protection like TYCO UK ,VESDA for Aspirating Smoke Detection, SCOTT for Gas Detection, KIDDE UK for Gaseous Suppression System, SILVANI Italy for water & foam based Systems, BOUYER France for PAVA systems, LPG Spain for Fire suppression and water mist Systems are all the Major International Solution Providers on Fire Protection associated with and appointed Electroman as the Sole Authorized Distributor for the complete range of their Fire Protection solutions and products in Oman
The latest Commercial Projects in Oman like Bank Muscat Head Quarters, QLNG Head Quarters, Shell Head Quarters, Qurum City Centre, Mirbat Resort Salalah, British School, Oman DIGITAL TV Studio, Occidental Mukaisina etc have preferred the TYCO DIGITAL Systems for their Fire Protection to ensure maximum safety for people equipment and buildings.
The Ministry of Defense sent delegations to the seminar from the Royal Navy, Royal Air force, MODES, Royal army etc .Electroman LLC had installed complete Fire Protection Systems for the critical & sensitive infrastructures of all government organizations and the Muscat International Airport.
