Dubai, UAE; June 15, 2010: The Address Hotels + Resorts, the five star premium hotel brand owned and managed by Emaar Hospitality Group, has expanded its digital portfolio with a new Arabic website at www.theaddress.com/ar.
The user-friendly site, already live, provides details of the hotels within The Address portfolio and their special offerings in English and Arabic to cater to the increasing number of bookings coming in from the Middle East. More than 50 per cent of the website traffic comes from the GCC region already. With increased internet penetration in the region, the need for Arabic content is even more significant.
The bilingual website will help audiences keep up with the latest trends, make easy reservations and allow them to explore the various options that The Address hotels provide.
Mr. Marc Dardenne, Chief Executive Officer, Emaar Hospitality Group and Emaar Hotels & Resorts said: “This is the era of digital and an increasing number of Arabic speakers prefer to make their travel and hotel reservations on-line. As a path-breaking hotel brand from the Arab world, it is only imperative that we explore the digital sphere through a site that makes online information exchange with our Arabic clientele easier.”
He added: “The new website will enable us to reach Arabic speaking communities worldwide. They can now make reservations to The Address Hotels + Resorts and look for information on the brand easily.”
The website has gone through rigorous testing and trouble shooting to ensure smooth functioning. The site will undertake continuous system upgrades and implement innovative ideas. The website replicates the English version and provides visitors with navigation tools which are easy to use.
The Address Hotels + Resorts has five properties in Dubai – The Address Downtown Dubai, The Address Dubai Mall, The Address Dubai Marina, The Address Montgomerie Dubai and The Palace – The Old Town.
