The shock tactic		RTA discovers YouTube and Facebook
A young child may accidentally be subjected to a very gory picture of a corpse, and while it could ensure that he never smokes throughout his life, it could cause some bad nightmares.		What this doesn't mean, though, is the RTA is now a customer-facing business. Posting a video and forming a Facebook group is child's play. The test will be whether the RTA wants to read - and follow up on - the comments. Answering phone calls and replying to emails would be a start, too
