Etisalat’s fiber-optic network in the Emirates will cost the communication company AED5 billion, the chairman told Gulf News on Tuesday.
Mohammad Hassan Omran said the network covers 60 percent of homes and businesses in the UAE to date, but will cover 90 percent by 2011.
